We at EduCity Iskandar are thrilled to introduce the K-Youth Development Programme, an innovative programme created to give today’s youth the tools and chances they need to succeed in the global workforce. Our program’s goals include making participants more employable, giving them practical industry experience, encouraging networking with possible employers, and making sure they land the right position at the right salary.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Who is the Programme Designed For?

Entry Age – Above 18 years and must be below 30 years old

Malaysian youth with minimum SPM/SPMV qualification

Unemployed for more than One (1) Month

Have not participated in any similar programme

Possesses strong interest towards being employed in the three (3) identified industries

There is no fee for the programme. Participants are accountable for fulfilling the conditions outlined in the programme offer and agreement, which includes working for the company the management has selected, for the predetermined period.

The programme’s duration would be four months. One month of training, followed by three months of on-the-job training.

Depending on the programme, We will advise you when you apply for the programme

On a monthly basis, your salary will be subject to an EPF and SOC deduction

No accommodation will be provided.

The apprentice’s performance during the programme determines whether he or she is confirmed for employment.
